Return and Refund Policy

How To Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email support@sanphorus.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Please utilize a trackable mail service to assure your return; we are not liable for misplaced or missing packages.
4. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
5. Your items will be checked upon receipt, and a full refund will be granted to your original mode of payment. A refund receipt will be sent to the email address you used to make the original purchase.

Late or Missing Refund

Please keep in mind that we give refunds as soon as your refund request is authorized, which means the money immediately leaves our account. If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank account. Then call your credit card company; the refund may take some time to be formally posted. Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time. Some credit card providers require up to 30 days to show that the refund has been applied to the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@sanphorus.com

How long does delivery take?

All orders are ship within 2-10 business days and we always use a trackable mailing company and the shipping tracking number is sent to the email address you’ve used when making the purchase immediatly after we ship the products to your address . if your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact the shipping company.

How can I get the tracking number?

We send the tracking number for each shipping order to the mail address used by the client when making the purchase immediatly after shipping the order.

What to do if I entered a wrong shipping address?

If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible; we may be able to change your address if the order has not yet been shipped or is still in the early stages of processing by the shipping provider. However, we cannot make any guarantees because all of our products are typically processed soon after your order and shipped out the same day or a few days later. We will not be able to cancel your order if it has already begun the delivery process.

Can I cancel the order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped. you will be assessed a 10% Cancellation fee to cover the restocking fees and the charger assessed to us for the refunds by the credit card companies.

Invalid reasons:

– buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to  continue offering great value at sanphorus.com. the buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

– Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else- buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

    • TNT Express.
    • DHL.
    • FedEX Express.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Customs laws in the customer’s country

After shipping the products, Sanphorus isn’t responsible for special customs procedures/laws that may be implemented in the customer’s country while importing, in which should be followed by the customer.
